Re Confirm
Having my shiny new laptop in my table relaxes me just by looking at it. Hay salamat nagkalaptop na rin ako inde na ako maiingit hahahah, pathetic really. Anyways I changed the password to better protect it, but this is a lesson for me, and upon asked to confirm my password i lazily just copied the new password I just made and pasted on the input box.
Guess what?! The next time I opened it the password that I thought i typed correctly wasn’t, I know the passwod because I made a hint on Windows in case I forgot it. But because I didnt confirm correctly the password I might’ve mistyped the entire word and used combinations of what I thought I misstyped.. tsk tskk.. stupid…
After that I decided to reinstall Windows XP, drivers and all .. arrgghhh and it was already 10pm, Windows alone takes more than 30 mins and my other apps… stupid talaga!!
Fortunately for me, I still have my trusty drivers and away I go.. changing cds…installing the apps and drivers.. 12pm at last.. I can sleep..
moral of the story:confirm whatever you type and not just copy it will save you a lot of hair gnashing…
